I believe that the right to vote is one of our most precious rights. In my opinion, it's more than a right, it's an obligation. Voting is an obligation we each have to our country, and to the ideals of the Republic (we are supposed to be a republic, after all). I urge everyone to take advantage of the right to vote. For those of you in or around the Las Cruces area, THE place to go is the High Desert Brewing Company. This is the home of the New Mexico State Fair 2000 "Best of show" India Pale Ale. Worth a trip from Rhode Island, I'd say. A friendly brewpub with good food and great beer.

We've found the perfect spot to stop for rest and a meal when traveling on Rt. 25 to or from Albuquerque. Its Socorro Springs Brewing Co. in Socorro. They're in a new place on the main street near the North side of town. They make good beer and good food.
